Download the desktop connector, then sign in with a pairing code from your account to start roasting.
When you open the Windows installer, Windows shows a blue “Windows protected your PC” notice. That’s expected — the app isn’t code-signed yet. Click More info, then Run anyway.
On macOS the first launch asks whether you’re sure you want to open it — click Open. The app is signed and notarized by Apple.
